As accepted on October 7th, 2007, these are the bylaws that currently govern our organization. The current board shall stay in place untilDecember 16th, 2007 and thereafter a new board will take seat. Due to the urgency in which new bylaws were proposed, revised, and adopted, these bylaws still require further modifications, editing, and clarifications."
